MISSION
The organization provides occupational and vocational training of young people by professionals in inclusive partner
centres.
The objective is to provide better support for people with intellectual/mental disabilities and for the
betterment of children in difficult circumstances – including children with intellectual/ metal disability – so they may
experience full human development and well-being.

HE SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED
The provision of vocational training for young people with intellectual/mental disabilities so that they may develop their
various abilities to the fullest. Inclusion of these people in the work place is of great importance because it contributes
to the individual’s participation in community development and to the vital cohesion of society.

17 young persons with intellectual/mental disabilities benefited from this socio-professional inclusion since the
beginning
2)
23 professionals benefited from reinforcement of their capacities and from inclusive training.

148 parents of children with intellectual/mental disabilities benefited from the training during parent activities in
school.

UTLOOK
minimizes costs, which are very higher in specialize centres (as was traditionally done before). Also, the expansion of
this programme in the country’s Southeast department will increase the number of beneficiaries and professional
partners.
