OUTLOOK
The effectiveness of iplanit and its overall impact through the project is: Inform organisational local, regional and
national, decision making based on accurate “live” tracking of progress and outcome status, promote greater staff
resource efficiencies, collaboration and activity management and reduce administration costs of management
reporting, quality & standards reporting and general client demographic reporting. With adequate and appropriate
training & monitoring, support the rollout of Person Centred Service delivery practices to high quality standards. The
plan will be to have 1200 Service Users set up on the system by the end of 2015.
