ACTS ABOUT SIZE AND SCOPE
1)
The project includes 50 schools, 50 head teachers, 277 assistant teachers, 50 school management committees, 50
student councils and 20 000 students

On a community level it includes 300 groups of parents, 50 community resource teams, 50 children circles, 872 out
of schoolchildren, 4500 children that are between 3 and 5 and 5000 parents for the parenting program

At a national level it includes 45 professionals from partner organizations

UTLOOK
The project has already started to influence policies and guidelines, which is evident by different initiatives of the
government. Different international organizations are also in process to replicate the model of the project. Though the
initial costs were high because of many foundational activities like researches, program and intervention designs, the
implementation costs at a school level are low compared to any other project as it is working with the existing system to
maximize the results within the system.
