Engelsizkariyer.comhas made very important innovations at the sector by getting rid of prejudices and wrong attitudes
by the employers because of insufficient and wrong information about the disabled and disability, leading more
professional and more creative activities, recruiting the disabled to the positions according to their education and
potentials, advising positive and consequent approaches to communicate with the working disabled people.
To raise employer awareness, we have contributed to overcome the difficulties for the innovating activities by special
meetings for the disabled at HR summit meetings, personal training meetings, and vocational training courses to
provide qualified disabled labour. We are still creating solutions to the problems with all informative and awareness
raising activities.
The level of modernity at the publics can be made by giving equal opportunities to everyone who is able and disabled.
Working and producing disabled men and women are the individuals who are contributing for both the country
economy and also their families and the public.
engelsizkariyer.comproject is a success story by reintroducing each
disabled to the economy with an employment and creating permanent values and respect to the differences in the
public. This project is global and our wish is that this success will continue in the world.

Raising awareness and perception at the sector that disabled employment is an issue for HR
Raising awareness the employers to provide career in business for the disabled, equality for the wages policy,
working in equal opportunities without any discriminations with the other workers.
Giving employing awareness rewards to the successful companies, which employs the disabled to the right positions
and organizing HR training meetings for awareness to the companies.
Creating permanent public values and respecting to the differences with the right communications with the disabled
in business life.
