This session is part of the Zero Project 2022 conference (ZeroCon22).
The conference was organized by Zero Project and broadcast from the UN Office in Vienna, Austria. The conference was held on February 23-25, 2022.
The conference focused on accessibility, and discussed innovations and insights from public transportation systems to financial inclusion, organizational strategies for national action plans and more.

 

Technology in Social Care and Support Services — This #ZeroCon22 Partner Channel session is brought to you in cooperation with EASPD - European Association of Service providers for Persons with Disabilities.

 

Recently, the attention of public authorities and providers of care and support services has been increasingly drawn to the development and implementation of innovative technology to improve service delivery. We wish to reflect on these initiatives and discuss how our sectors can encourage concrete outcomes in order to capitalize on the current momentum of the digital transition.
