Validation session with possible overtime: This provides an additional one-third time during testing (in full or partial
validation) in order to give the candidates more time, if necessary.
If a candidate achieves only partial validation, additional training is provided based on the recommendations of the
jury.
As for professional insertion, a guide entitled "Guide for the insertion of ESAT workers into adapted company" was
developed from the testimonies and meetings with candidates and representatives of companies. It describes a
common process of integration (the norm). This process allows companies to better understand insertion routes taken
by candidates. Strengthened support allows everyone to fully invest in this project.
The implementation process for persons with disabilities allows extensive collaboration among the various actors, and
facilitates links and the dissemination of good practices to all partners.

Number of candidates accompanied since 2009: over 430 people (about 130 candidates accompanied each year). In
2015 we have 146 candidates, compared to 68 in 2011

Number of graduate candidates to date: 225 graduated out of 270 brought before a validation jury, representing a
success rate of 83.3% (a rate that is significantly above the national average).

Number of VAE CAP collaborates in 2015: 30 partner organizations all over France.

UTLOOK
The objective of CAP VAE is to become a national standard. To achieve this, the programme will require sustainable
financing (through the Regional Health Agency, for example).
Moreover, CAP VAE will participate in a research project and in a study on accompanied work.
